Both of these were found using a copy and search for through the MSI site and tabing over to find the correct model number. I’m not insulting you, but rather explaining how to go about finding the information yourself next time. And yes, I know that it should be posted here and on the MSI site directly but this is the BS we have to deal with. I hope this helps.

I’d be more concerned with the Mobo since they never seem to put actual “Gaming” ones in their gaming rigs.

Yep plain Jane business line 12th gen micro ATX board and also RAM is DDR4 3200 MHZ and the NVME SSD is gen 3.

Don’t pay for the “one day” It’s been 3 days and UPS is still saying they’ll give me a date when they receive the product to ship.

Hi there. One day shipping means that it will ship via 1-business-day service once the order is processed and shipped out.

However, it looks like Amazon ignored our request for the expedited service, so please reach out to Woot! customer service so you can be refunded for the shipping.

Never Again, will I ever buy anything from Woot, the lack of communications is stellar, it worse than playing Star citizen, between Woot and customer, the lies of delivery dates, and the extra steps Woot goes through to not cancel an order when Woot dropped or drops the ball, it’s call accountability you need to get some, and I had to go purchase another unit from Bestbuy on the day of gift receiver departure, as this was a gift to someone leaving for US for new job role, cost a little more, not much, but the lack of drama is key, And now Woot expects me to wait over a week to get the unit in. Time off from work, to wait to receive the package From UPS then to ship it right back to return Woot/Amazon and then wait another week or 2 for it to get to returns, then for someone to look at it to make sure it all there, sounds like Woot trash to run the 30 days out, so there is no return or charge a restocking fee to make some money. Amazon has a huge waste shipping budget, sure thing they can write if off in taxes. Next time Woot, keep your shipping promise and shipping agreement. The lack of competence from Woot and team, support, company procedures that favor the company over the customer and may one day get someone hurt I’m surprised Amazon allows for this, but hey they get a cut also, I may just take the computer to the rifle range and take out my 900 frustrations, at least I would get something from it, as 10 to 1, if I ship it back for return Woot will lose it at Amazon returns anyways and then blame it on me. Don’t make the same mistake as me unless you like giving your money to a crap company, and like the abuse and watch no one really do their job as customer support, that will take it and give nothing maybe a product when they feel like shipping it out. Amazon pay is a joke also, no help nothing from them but a fake email.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Purchased, arrives looks great, but BSOD repeatedly.
I reinstalled fresh windows and Bios as per instructions. Same thing.
Woot says they have no more to send replacement….Thats a lie, obviously !!!
Now they want me to repurchase, and they will process return.
Total BS!
your pockets are deeper than mine I should not have to shell out all the cash when the product is DOA!
Send me a replacement with expedited shipping like I paid for originally.
This is not good customer service after 14 years of continued support.

Update: In fairness, I complained that they did not ship it within the time frame I had paid for. CSR said to let them know after it came in and they would reimburse me my expedited shipping cost. They finally arrived (i bought 2). I contacted them via email, and replied within 24 hours saying they would refund my shipping costs. I did see it within 1 or 2 business days on my statement. So, while I’m disappointed about the shipping delays, I understand these things happen, and I am happy that they refunded that quickly and without any fuss.
My son and I have been using these machines for about a week and so far we have no complaints. They did come with a mouse/keyboard which i wasn’t really expecting or need. He actually likes how quiet the keyboard is though he uses his gaming mouse instead of the included one. I haven’t tired either of those out myself.

Im still not sure about the refund policy while there is nothing showing on the page when I try to purchase the built. Could someone give me more details, please!

Update: New unit was shipped and I did not have to re purchase. New unit is up and running without issues at the moment.
