What are the terms for returns of unopened desktops? I may be running into a “situation” here with my better half.
Wondering if it’s returnable anyway if it’s a better, safer, and simpler soliton to just refuse the delivery - it avoids accepting it and any potential issues there (sitting on the porch, weather, damage, repackaging if necessary, etc) and it will be returned immediately along with notifications of such.

I think it’s probably best to go to through Woot to return it. Write to Woot’s Customer Service to see what they say.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
