'nuff said.

Just for anyone who was wondering here is a froogle of the USB optical drive just to know how much you’re getting the computer and optical drive for.

Look, I found a page with all the FEATURES AND SPECS

MSI X-Slim Super Guide

anyone hackintosh this thing?

Although its not a full powerhouse these get great battery life and is just right for most lightweight activities. Its perfect for carrying around with you all day!

Specs look pretty good. The in-lap DVD burner is a nice feature too.

Looks like the computer alone is a great deal.

4.6 lbs a bit too hevy for a laptop for me but still a great deal

kinda stinks having a single core cpu and external dvd, but it depends on what it’s being used for i guess…

What sort of battery life can we expect from this little beauty?

This seems like a really good deal, but it always feels weird to type with off-center keyboards and trackpads.

Can anyone really get by with just a single core anymore? I can’t imagine suffering with a single core after getting used to dual cores 2 years ago.

Give me the optical drive for 20 and I’ll be happy.

Newegg has this same laptop. It currently has a $100 rebate thru MSI.

I am failing to understand the purpose of this incarnation. Is this 15.6 notebook suffering from MPD and under the impression that it is a netbook?

What a waste…

ditto.
