These spatulas are stiff as concrete. I tried using it for omelets the other day, had to switch to my old spatula.
They are too narrow to use for hot cookies, burgers or much else.
And way too stiff.
Maybe good for serving something thin and well held together.
I’ll find use for them but I’m not crazy about them.
