I purchased the Large (12-13) size in the last sale about 3 weeks ago. I wear a 10.5, and these are just fine without socks, and just barely snug with socks. I routinely walk the dog in 2-3" of snow and not a drop of moisture has penetrated. The next challenge is to see how long they last … ;-}
