I’ve had this Feather Knife for a few months now, and I love it! I is a pretty and it is sharp! Don’t leave it out where kids and Darwin Award Nominations can get to it! The edge is not just a novelty. It is a work horse. I’ve used it to cut fruit, meat chunks, slices of meat for jerky, letter opener, rope cutter, and much more. Over these months, I haven’t needed to sharpen it yet! No, I haven’t cut wood with it, but it’s not for that. I have no doubt it could widdle enough wood to start a fire, though!
The leather sheath isn’t very thick, but the wool inside bumper makes up for that, making it sturdy. Because the leather isn’t very think, as you’d expect from a leather knife sheath, I do find I have to squeeze it a little to replace the knife so the sheath doesn’t get caught up on the handle. If you have 20$ burning a hole in your pocket, I can’t think of a much more all-around ’tool’ you can get for that price. Buy 2 if you know what’s good for you, cuz yours is gonna get pinched! ;0)
