I received this item the other day. Box says black, product inside is not black or faux leather. Not sure if this is a one-off incident or if all are mistakenly marked so I’m not sure how this can be remedied but I have messaged customer service with a photo and have not heard back. Beware, if you purchase this you may not receive what is advertised. I received an upholstered (not faux leather) greyish print.
Hello. Sorry about the error. These were obtained from and shipped by Amazon. Looks like there’s some mixed inventory in the warehouse near you.
Then why did I get an email from customer service asking if I would accept 35 dollars back if it could be fixed locally. That was the stupidest response I have ever gotten from customer service and I will just be returning these for a refund at this point.
I’m sorry. They’re human and they answer a couple hundred contacts a day. They just read your email too fast. We generally do offer a partial refund in case you do want to keep it rather than returning.
Yeah they didn’t read it too fast, they didn’t read it at all. I spelled out exactly what was wrong. I’ll be getting a refund along with a refund on a used deodorant stained shirt one of those “only humans” sent me. I should have used the word incompetent, not stupid.
I’m also not surprised they answer such a large volume of emails a day. Not at all.
