In fairness to the CS folks, they seemed to act pretty quickly to my inquiry. Refund was issued this morning and I was informed they would not be able to fulfill the original order.

I also bought 4 boxes of these golf balls and received 4 sleeves of the e12 golf balls. That’s $25 for 3 golf balls. I contacted customer service twice over 7 days ago about this and have not received any kind of response from them. This is such a scam. I have disputed this charge with my credit card.
- Sending multiple emails like that can get the tickets marked as duplicates by the system.
- There were changes on the CS backend, and things were messed up over the last week. They’ve been working their way through the mess.

I watch the golf deals pretty closely and just FYI it’s very hit or miss…. Sometimes people get one club, or one sleeve of balls, or whatever. Not a scam, just humans working in a warehouse who probably have no clue that the little package is supposed to be part of the bigger package.
