Hi, I enter the code at checkout and click the button to apply the code and it doesn’t do anything, and the amount remains and does not remove the $15 price tag on the shirt, making it free!
And yes, I am using the current and ONLY account I have with Woot/Amazon.
This is very frustrating.

Is it case sensitive? Or if copied & pasted, make sure it didnt grab a blank space?
Usually if there’s a problem the cart throws a pink warning like this:
Our CS team is working on it. If your order qualifies you will be contacted within the next 24 hours
I successfully placed an order yesterday only to have the order cancelled this morning. 
Sadly, there isn’t the pink “oops” text area. It just doesn’t do anything. I input the code and hit apply and it just doesn’t do anything.
If you havent heard from CS yet (see @cbrumfie’s msg above), and if you’re using the app, have you tried clearing the cookies? They’ve been causing issues lately.
I think sometimes people don’t see this disclaimer?

Still not working! Now the shirt that was only $15, which would have been FREE with the code is now $19!!! Come on WOOT this should be easier! And I am NOT using the app on my phone, I am using a computer!

Yeah, but I already lost the FREE $15 shirt I wanted and now it’s $19 and the code still doesn’t work.
NOPE!!! Just tried again with a different $15.00 shirt… and it didn’t work. The code just stays there, no message about errors or that the code isn’t valid. WOOT needs to get their codes and promotions working better. As a customer, this is very frustrating and infuriating!
So frustrating! I JUST used a different browser and put in the code. And I got the "Oops, can’t find that coupon code’ message! I haven’t been successful with this code yet and I still have ONE DAY to use the code, but it doesn’t work! I’M SO TIRED OF THIS! I’ve tried everything, just to get a free $15 shirt and still NOTHING!

Well, I have tried it with 2 different shirts that were 15.00 and it didn’t work. No one contacted me yet and the time is almost up. This has been so frustrating.
Hello. The first code you were using is no longer valid as there were some technical issues.
You were emailed a replacement code on 8/27. Make sure you’re using that code only.
I NEVER RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT CODE!!! Thanks for letting me know AFTER the deal is over. WTF!!!
Got the replacement code. And got the shirt I wanted but had to pay $4.00. So it wasn’t a “FREE” shirt.
The shirts for sale on the main Shirt.Woot page are $15 (and sometimes a little less), but anything in the catalog itself is $19. The coupon was for $15, which means anything on the main page would’ve been free.
(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
If you reach out to customer service and ask them nicely, I bet they’ll help you out.
This is the first time ive heard of Woot and am absolutely loving the shirts!
