My note 8 may have been sent to me black listed. How do I fix this

Can’t get it to work on a network. Was sold refurbished fully unlocked

It’s show as blacklisted on the IMEI check sites?

If no luck, reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
