I ordered a Kindle Paperwhite on the 20th of December and still the tracking information says it’s preparing for shipment. Is there anyone who can provide me with more information?

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
I did to no avail. Im not getting a response. Can someone tell me what’s going on with my order?
They didn’t find a contact from you. Make sure you use the support form noted above.
Regardless, they are aware of the issue (there are others too). They’re working to figure out why the orders aren’t shipping and see if they can get them pushed out.
