I got my two I ordered. I haven’t taken them out of the box yet, but thanks for the your review! I think I’ll like them

Ordered and received two. They are both beautiful, but only one rotates through the colored lights. One stays on white. Both worked correctly initially.

Still very pretty, just asymmetrical on the porch now. Either would be perfect as a table top tree.

If you can’t knock some sense in to the one that won’t rotate colors, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Thank you. It could be worse!

Make sure the trees are not plugged in an outlet controlled by a dimmer switch. They will not light at all or light properly.

I’m glad you posted about yours because I suspected mine was off. After reading about your experience I decided to check mine out further.

After I removed the 4 screws on top of the base I saw that the color wheel had come off completely. That’s not such a big deal because I was able to screw it back on and I believe that would also fix your issue. The bigger issue with mine is that it’s also missing a bolt and nut to secure one side of the motor so it sits crooked. I rigged something to hold it straight so it’s working properly for now.

The only thing that slightly annoys me is that the wheel doesn’t completely cover the bulb so some white light shines where I wouldn’t expect it as you can see from the picture. That seems like a design issue so there’s nothing I can do about that. Otherwise it’s a beautiful tree.

P.S. these aren’t meant for outdoors so be careful with them getting wet.

You were exactly right. Thankfully, the motor still works and I found a screw that was close enough to secure the disk back on. I also tightened the others screws too.

Works like a charm. I highly recommend these trees for the Woot cost. Will see how they perform next year after storage.

I do think they are more “indoor” appropriate but I’ve got a covered porch that doesn’t get wet.
