Before anyone says anything about the price, each of the 12 packages makes 10 cookies so there’s 120 cookies total. Thus, each cookie costs $.29. 
Does this mix include the nuts and everything so you only have to add eggs?

Not sure you are helping your case. Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Cookie Mix 3 x 17.5 oz = 108 cookies for $8.69. So it is still about 2-3 times the cost of more common cookie from mixes and about 2 times the cost of pre-made cookie dough. I think the focus has to be on quality ingredients like pistachios, etc…
Are the reverse cowgirl cookies available…those are my favorite!
I’d avoid them, I hear it’s pretty easy to snap your spatula when you’re baking away.
That’s why you use good strong wood… for your spatulas. Those little plastic ones just can’t take the beating.
