do not buy this,i bought it. it was broke right out of the box.and when I contacted the neato company to troubleshoot it,they even said it was broke.i sent them the receipt and all the info when I bought it.that wasn’t good enough,now I am stuck with a broke vacuum and out 218.00
Is the battery new or “reconditioned”?
Very disappointed. The vacuum fell off the stairs (one of the main futures they advertise) and broke. It was on day 100 after purchase so Neato said no repairs under warranty. With such a major fail in such a short time I have to conclude they do a really poor job on this factory reconditioned vacuum.
