I bought this in a scratch and dent sale.
Avoid it. It doesn’t come with directions, and the website to buy insurance is fraudulent.
Mine is sitting in a storage locker unused for over 6 months.
SquareTrade has been around for quite a few years. I’ve used them with no problems as has my brother.
Don’t buy. Mine died shortly after the warranty was up. Won’t start, google “dim green light” problem it if you’re curious.

The Neato is so much better than roomba. It doesn’t miss a spot. It sweeps back and forth just like if you were cutting the yard. If you buy one of these you will seldom need to use your regular vacuum, I don’t and I have two cats! It gets a 5 star rating from me! Thank You Neato!
I’ve had a couple SquareTrade warranties. I’ve had to make a claim due to a cracked screen on tablet. I was very pleased with how they handled it.
Researching the Neato, the biggest thing I’ve found is battery issues. Refurb units are all over the place but most people comment that they do great when they replace the batteries.
