I ordered one of these from the previous woots (June 29th). It’s been great picking up little and cat hair on our tile and wood flooring. We have it set to run every other day.

It has worked very well for us so far.

I bought one of these in June, I think, just after I purchased a Roomba Pet at Costco. we have a thick rug in our living area that the Roomba could not get up onto. The Neato has no problem climbing up and cleaning the longer shag.
Also the Roomba bounces around the room in a random pattern every time. The Neato follows the same organized path each time. Needless to say I returned my Roomba, bless Costco’s return policy. I’m in for 2 more… one for each floor now!

Love, love, love this! If you have a pet or pets, this is a must have! Like others have mentioned, it works on all types of floors well, and I have found it to be so much better than the Roomba ever was.

If they could invent one that jumped on to the furniture, that would be super awesome!

Bought this in June. I’m very tempted to get another so I have one on each floor. The only issue was it came w/ 2 blade bars, not one blade and one bristle. Woot made it right though, so I’m happy w/ it.

I have quite a chopped up room layout, it’s like a giant L where there’s hardwood, and area rugs and all this. Does this maneuver around everything pretty well?

Well, it’s gone, but for the future, yes. Mine gets in all rooms of my upstairs including a couple that have multiple ways to connect. It also seems to dynamically adapt where it goes - if it first maps an area and a door is closed, but then you open the door, it should see that new space and add it to the places it needs to clean.
