My order was delivered last Friday and I did not receive the 512 GB 2020 Macbook Pro I ordered but instead, a cheaper 2020 Macbook Air.
I would be very appreciative if anyone could help get my issue noticed by Customer Service as soon as possible. I have attempted to contact customer support multiple times and was hoping to get a response yesterday after waiting through the weekend. Escalation is very much appreciated as I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Emailing Customer Service is your best bet. They are a bit slower than normal right now due to an increase of messages because of the holidays but they will get back to you. Please only contact them once as duplicates clog up the system and may cause your messages to be deleted.
Be sure you’re checking the email address associated with your Woot account and not your Amazon account, if different. Also, be sure to check your spam filter/folder as emails from Woot can get caught in there. It happens to me periodically.
