Netgear got a lot of these systems back through Costco and other retailers after a firmware they issued created wireless connection reliability issues. It took them over 3 months of never acknowledging the issue to release a patched firmware. I took mine back to Costco and got the Linksys Velop. Couldn’t be happier.
I’ve had the RBK752 (one router + one satellite) since February with no issue. It’s been a great system. Router is in the main area and the satellite is in our office.
