This listing is unclear. Is it just the router that’s included, or the router and satellite units? The only option is 1 or 2 under quantity but doesn’t mention if any satellite units are included or not. Not much of a mesh system without satellites, but a great price if they are included
That’s for how many sets you want.
(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
Yeah looking at this I agree with @cknipple reading the details it specifically says includes router. It does not mention satellites (other 2 units) anywhere other than the pictures. Nor does it say a set of three so it’s a gamble what you are getting.
Found this on Amazon reviews.
When I clicked on this very same product on Amazon it was giving 3 pack reviews therefore I would say router and 2 satellites are included. This is a very old outdated model however sometimes those are less bloated than current trending models as long as it is still receiving some sort of update from manufacturer.
I am also curious as to the specific specs of the router like WiFi protocol, feats, etc… I’m guessing this is WiFi 5 since it states 20+ devices, I hate when electronics don’t have the detailed specs link in the post
I would also guess that it includes 3 but it’ll be good for Woot to clarify.
The confusion lies in this sentence:
In the Box:
- (1) Netgear RBK13-100NAR Orbi RBK13 AC1200 Whole Home Mesh WiFi System Router
I have mesh routers at home and they are awesome.
You can never go back to the old ones.
If you have coverage issues, mesh routers rock!
From the description certainly seems to me you are only receiving the router but I could be wrong going by the pictures. Woot clarification please!
I still see:
