Great router… I love netgear
On another note-
Mac users- I’m starting development of a woot-off widget that I like to call the WootOffAddict widget. It’s for Dashboard, so you’ll need to have OS 10.4 (Tiger) to use it. It wont only work for woot offs, but any woot item! I’ve posted a page for it on the blog i’ve just recently started-
http://blog.firelitedesign.com/index.php/projects/widgets/wootoffaddict
check it out!
Bah, another router. Netgear routers are so unreliable… I’ve had two and now I have a Linksys… Linksys works like a charm.
Um, a UK power adapter? The hell?
I mean, sure it has a US converter, but still, that’s weird.
Netgear-related… Have you guys ever used the Netgear MP101 Wireless Music Player?
are there always this many refurbs?
Sweet woot! 108 mbps & WAP security FOR 27 dollars!
Long live the woot indeed!
I am returning the last Netgear router I bought from the Wootmiester - couldn’t get the thing to work!. We need something sexy…
It looks ok… all the other wireless stuff people complained about being too slow. Only problem I see with it is the refub otherwise i’d jump
im actually really interested in the wootget… keep us posted about it!
How the heck can you even get a negative Time to First Woot?? WTH?
For those of us who don’t have Tiger yet, do widgets made for Dashboard work with Konfabulator?

I think the person who wrote the description got their mega-bits and mega-bytes confused. 2x108Mbps = 18.75 floppies. Don’t know how you’d split that into 20 boxes
That said, this is a great router if you need something that complies with all existing standards. I’m sure people will come out of the woodwork and say “I NEED 802.11n”, but people that would truly use it to its full potential are few and far between.
not sure. widgets are just html/css/javascript, so probably if that’s all the “gadgets” are- and you know that it’s an exact clone of dashboard
so probably. but i’m not going to do it. dont own windows
