My supercardiode “performnce” (hand held) Neumann from Woot was roughly half the price elsewhere, so a more limited 90 day warranty was OK with me.
This Mic is $700 at AMZ, so you have to decide about the 90 day part.
I did check to make sure my mic was not a Chinese fake. It was not a fake. There are clear photos online so you can check these kind of things.
In an ocean of mics, the Neumanns still float to the top. However, unlike the one I bought, these are for use in a sound controlled studio in a special mount.
If you are trying to record in your living room, you may not like how much it picks up. It also requires phantom power.
