Thanks. I thought not, but wanted to confirm. I still blows my mind that in 2023, they are making laptops without touchscreen.
Have a touchscreen Chromebook from Woot. Unless I am (almost never) using it in emulation mode for Android game - I use a scroll wheel mouse and keyboard and sometimes its trackpoint. For productive work, I find it much faster with less hand movement.
Eh, I’d never use a touchscreen on a laptop personally. Tablet, yes.
Digitizers for touch screen add about $50 to manufacturing cost of a notebook (more for consumer) and add weight which some do not want to lug around.
