So this monitors activity and estimated caloric burn, but it does not monitor heart rate?

Reviews say it only works with iPhone devices and software.

Reviews for the app on the App Store are just as bad.

Has anyone else found that in the last few months woot seems to be falling apart? Orders seem to take a lot longer and I’ve had a few never get shipped at all.

So I’ve ordered 3 times in the last 2-3 weeks. First order was practically shipped overnight. Purchased on a Tuesday, and in our hands on Thursday. 2nd order was placed on a Wednesday and received it today.

Most recent order was placed yesterday. We’ll see how quickly it comes.

I haven’t ordered in a long time because I haven’t been impressed with what is being sold (and also, I’ve been a bit more broke than normal). Because of this, I can say I’ve seen an improvement to when I used to order more frequently. I wish Woot would get back to more of what it used to be… But everything changes in business and so has Woot.

Interesting. I’ve had the exact opposite experience. Probably orders 15 or so items this summer. Nearly ever item that came tool longer than the site said. And 3 never came. Contacted the site on the first one after about a month and they “reassured” me. Then after a week or two more I emailed them and they basically offered a refund. This has happened now with two more items. Nothing like this had ever happened on dozens or orders in years past.

Think I will ask around on here a couple more times and see what is up. I’m thinking of just bowing out of woot. These days it seems most items they offer are sold on their big sister amazon for about the same price and I can get it in two days with a great return policy. Funny that the change happened after they made the shipping costs higher overall ($5 per instead of per 24hrs).

Should I buy one of these to go with my Tracker? That’s another one-star-rated device that doesn’t work very well with Android…

This is so horribly rated on Amazon…why would woot even sell this to people? I do not see the savings here. If one has Amazon Prime then the difference from woot! Plus shipping , this deal is hardly a difference from Amazon.
