Has anyone got these to work. Got them to connect once but wouldn’t play anything and now they can’t go into pairing mode anymore. 1 year apple warranty is no good as they say it support ended February 1, 2026.
Hello. Sorry about the problems with the buds. Many people have luck calling into Apple to get the warranty reset.
You can also reach out to Woot customer service about a return/refund.
I am having some trouble pairing them as well, and one doesn’t even seem to charge at all. warranty shows as expired, but in the past I have experienced what TT mentioned when calling in to Apple to get warranties reset.
Not sure why these ones were ever activated to start ticking, since listed as New.
Have you tried charging them overnight? That seems to be a thing with wireless earbuds. I had that happen with a pair I have when I first tried to charge them but letting them charge overnight fixed it.
I am trying that now, thanks. I was able to get the warranty information updated. I started within the support app, which has a dedicated area for setting the purchase date. Unfortunately, all roads lead to a phone call.
