This is supposed to arrive tomorrow, but it hasn’t even shipped yet. The problem is after tomorrow, I will not be here to accept the package. I tried to cancel but the web site wont let me cancel even tho it hasn’t shipped. This is a problem. I contacted CS and we know how that goes. They dont really read msgs and send back stock responses that make it clear they didnt bothere to read the msg. Can someone canel this?
There’s a 2 hour window, after that, the option goes away, even if it hasn’t shipped.
I can pass this on, but results may vary.
I thought I was only having this issue. So I guess it’s a wider issue.
