I wonder if they put a freeze on it because they’re getting too many complaints about it. I’m having a really hard time getting mine to perform as expected.

Nope. The other deal was a different vendor and not shipped by Amazon.

UPDATE!
The units in the Amazon warehouse just aren’t going to ship because they’re missing a serial number on the box. What? I dunno. We can’t budge them.
GOOD NEWS
We’ve found additional units and our teams are working to create the replacement orders now. They should start shipping tomorrow if not sooner.
Sorry this has been an exercise in frustration.

Still waiting on mine to ship as well
Our initial our was cancelled and refunded but then we ordered it again at the higher price. Then emailed Customer support to refund the differece between the 1st and 2nd order. Got the refund for the difference and product was delivered yesterday. Yet to open but packaging looks good.
The email was sent out late last week. Remember that Friday was a holiday.

Update: My order from June 13 was shipped on the 22nd and delivered on the 24th.
It’s hard to understand why people are getting emails from woot regarding refunds and availability, I’m trying to return this item and no one will respond to my email.
Hello. Customer service replied to you on 7/4 with a return authorization. Make sure you check spam/junk folders. Also, the return label itself will come from UPS, not woot.
