Hi there. This is not a Canadian version. The woot warranty is because Google is a jerk and won’t honor warranties for phones bought from Woot.

Just got mine sooner than expected. Amazon was selling them for $729 now I see they have them for $592. Just wish I had waited and gotten it straight from Amazon rather than one of their side companies…I feel a bit jipped. Hope I don’t have any warranty problems.
