I bought the phone last Nov 23 and until now the status says preparing to be shipped. Expected delivery is Dec 5 but I am not optimistic. Has anyone else purchased the phone before Thanksgiving and has not received the item till now? Thanks!

I reached out to their customer service team Tuesday and received a response yesterday. According to CS, they are experiencing delays in shipping. Here’s the exact message that I received.
Hello there,
Upon review of your order, we unfortunately have determined that your item is experiencing a shipping delay. We’re working as fast as we can to get it shipped. Once it does, you should receive an email with tracking information.
We appreciate your patience, and understand if you would like to modify or cancel your order in light of the changes. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns..
No details on when the phone will be shipped out. I asked for an expedited shipping but have not hear back.

Mine finally shipped this morning.
Same. I received a late night email that my order was shipped and is still expected to arrive today. What a relief.
