Is only one earbud charging working, I was able to get it reset, but I think only one earbud is receiving all the energy from the battery therefore both earbuds are not working at the same time… let me know your issues with the battery? Perhaps the device was sitting on the shelf too long before the ions were drained and never rechargeable again?
Hi there. A few things to try:
- See if there’s plastic covering the charging points of the earbuds or in the case.
- Give it a full overnight charging the first time. Batteries shipped drained for safety.
If no luck, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
