Hi all,
For ref. I placed an order for this on December 3rd

I contacted ceva per their request on the shipping info website. They asked for me to schedule on or after the 12th for drop off. They said my shipment was loaded on a truck 2 days ago but hasn’t left the facility on Atlanta. It’s on its way to Ohio when it does, and then on to another location in the north east before I can call them back to actually schedule the drop off. They said another 4-5 days and I should be able to call back to schedule.

Very kind customer service, but not very helpful in terms of planning and timing. They said final delivery should be about another week at a minimum, but that’s spitting distance to Xmas. As a customer, I’m not sure if this was the kind of shipping timeline woot had expected or not. But I definitely don’t feel I was given the impression through checkout that it may take this long.

In the end, it’s only a TV and I’m not gonna sweat it being late. Hopefully it survives in good shape!

Update:

Ceva did a wonderful job of delivering at the beginning of their window on the 17th, the box was undamaged, and the tv is working great.
