I appeared to receive a repackaged return or refurbished unit which arrived damaged. No remote or accessories of any kind were included in the box. Did anyone else have a similar experience or was I just unlucky? Noticed some odd things when unpacking the unit such as the typical soft foam wrapping inside the box wasn’t secured with anything and the hard styrofoam was cracked at the bottom in such a way that would have been very difficult in shipping without more severe damage to the box.
For now I am just hoping to find someone to take it off my hands for free so I don’t have to find a disposal service.
You really need to reach out to Customer Service. They’ll have options for you. I’m pretty sure you didn’t receive the right item.
