The item usually ships within a few days. Note that it ships ground freight so transportation time to you will be longer than a standard order. Make sure your phone number is correct on your account because they’ll need to call you to schedule a delivery.

I had the SAME issue! I bought a Samsung to replace it. No problems.

The four years of extra warranty, the schedule-able in-room delivery, the longer return window, and the legendary customer-friendly service --all for only $200 more than this – added up to buying from the warehouse club for me. Mine is now delivered and set up and it’s frakking great.

PSA: I’ve been casting lots of spells and reading the runes recently, and the signs show me that whether you purchase the C2 from Woot or another retailer in the near future, this pricing is the best we’ll see on the LG OLED C-line of TVs, by several hundred dollars. According to the portense, the C3 cost structure is $300-400 higher than the C2, which means the C3 clearance price going into the C4 next year will likely be closer to $1700-$1800, vs the $1400-$1500 we’re seeing on the C2.

Ordered this from woot and had a flawless experience! I was nervous to make such a large purchase bc of some skeptical comments but I decided it was a great deal and couldn’t pass it up. Only thing I had to self install was the stand since I don’t have it mounted and it was fairly easy. Arrived on time and in great condition.:+1:

To Echo what Wooter908781894 said, I also purchased this through woot (and got the optional 3 year extended warranty through Asurion). I was also slightly nervous about it, this is by far my biggest purchase through woot yet. I was also worried about the delivery service (CEVA Logistics) that amazon contracts and used for this delivery, because when I looked them up they had a lot of bad reviews.I have no idea if this is something that everyone will have to use or just me because of my address/location (Santa Cruz, CA). Be advised though that you probably (at least I had to) have set up an appointment for a delivery window. Had I not checked the tracking I am not sure I would have caught it. This is done through the delivery service website. I am happy to report however that I also had a flawless experience, the TV is great and the delivery service was fine.

I just scheduled my delivery from CEVA for next week. I’m super nervous about it after reading a TON of horrendous reviews about the company. They certainly don’t make a great first impression by leaving a voicemail which is just an automated system waiting for responses to prompts to schedule delivery for something they never identify. I called back and the message referred me to their website. After waiting at least 10 minutes to talk to someone, I hung up and scheduled the delivery on the website.

How did your delivery end up going? Were they on time? Was the TV undamaged?

I ordered this item on June 11th, and it was shipped via CEVA Logistics on the 14th. I scheduled my delivery using their online system for delivery on the 21st. The morning of the 21st, I received notification from CEVA of an order delay asking me to reschedule, which I did, now for the 22nd. 22nd comes and goes, no word or contact from CEVA. After the delivery window came and went, I tried to reach out to them via their telephone system, speak to an agent, and got transferred to the local destination CEVA facility where I was left on hold waiting for 3 hours for an agent to pick up the evening of the 22nd. Now it’s the 23rd, no contact from CEVA, and again, I’ve been on hold for 1.5 hours so far again trying to talk to someone in this local office with no success.

So now, 3 days out of work, which admittedly has cost me more than the savings obtained by ordering this item from Woot rather than just going down to a local big box retailer and purchasing it at retail. Still no idea when and if I will receive this item, and I have half a mind to refuse delivery outright due to the cost of missing work.

Unfortunately, my experience with CEVA matches the reviews mentioned earlier in this thread, and frankly, has just been a nightmare with no end in sight.

Were you able to get this resolved? Did you reach out to Woot at all? I’m set to get mine from CEVA on Tuesday and I’m predicting a similar shit show.

Update on my delivery question: like others, CEVA handled the delivery and gave me options to schedule my delivery. Of course, I chose the earliest possible date offered which was nearly a week earlier than Woot’s estimated delivery date. As my requested delivery date approached, CEVA was clear in communicating that they could not deliver on my requested date and were helpful with rescheduling. They were also helpful scheduling around a family emergency since no one could be home to receive the tv. Mine just arrived, the delivery drivers brought into the front entrance of my house, and the box is in perfect condition. No complaints here, hope it works out for others.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

So glad to hear you had a good experience with delivery and the TV was in good condition. When I got my order confirmation and clicked on the tracking info, I also found out about scheduling for delivery–nothing about that in the original email, you just have to find it on your own or (I assume) CEVA will get in touch with you to schedule eventually. Not a great experience on the part of woot.com.

As for CEVA–I hope it will be a good delivery experience, but so far I am detest them because they have over promised and under delivered. In my confirmation email, I was estimated to receive this July 3rd on a Monday. But then the CEVA scheduling site allowed me to select the Wednesday before. I was ecstatic thinking the TV would get here sooner. Well, the day before delivery I got an email and a phone call from CEVA that I needed to reschedule, so I rescheduled to Friday morning (the next available was Thursday but I wasn’t available then). Then on Thursday night I get an email that I have to reschedule AGAIN and this time the earliest available is July 3rd…the original delivery date. I hope they actually get it here then. In the future, I probably won’t buy anything this large or expensive on woot.com. I’d feel better spending a little more money for a better post-purchase experience.

To follow up: my TV showed up so damaged it wouldn’t turn on. It had a crack that ran from top to bottom of the screen. The box had a puncture that almost went through the entire styrofoam.

Woot customer service started out good and then quickly went very bad. They will offer a full refund if I send it back, which I opted to. Then they said that it required 24 hours notice for a UPS pick up, so I gave them availability starting tomorrow. Then they said UPS was coming today and they never sent me a UPS return label, only a tracking number. The UPS person just showed up and wasn’t able to accept the box without a label, so now I’ve requested a label (again). I’ve already requested a label on my woot.com account for the order but it has never been emailed to me, like the confirmation screen says.

Suffice to say, if you get one of these in good shape that works, count your blessings. I’m not even going to risk a replacement and going through this again. I’ll pay a little more for faster, safer delivery, and a better customer service experience.

The return label comes from UPS. Check for an email from them and make sure to check junk/spam.
