Mine looked opened, even had stickers ripped off the side. But the real issue is that the usb c port is messed up.. loose.. so the cable keeps popping out enough to turn it off. Tried another cable but it is the port on the mic that is bad.

(NEW) seemingly means nothing. I ordered this expecting a new/unopened item, but this arrived as an open box item. I planned to give this as a gift, but can’t now with the possibility of it being defective/used.
For what it’s worth, I ordered on Jan 5 and just got it today. Mine appeared to be brand new/unused. All seals in tact and plastic coverings on everything with nothing missing from box. I guess results may vary.
