Thank you kindly

The one they saw is from the Amazon UK store. It can be purchased for that price and sent with free International shipping.

“This item cannot be shipped to DE. Please remove this item from your order.”

Huh?!

Just wanted to ask to make sure, this is the US version? Thanks!

Hi there. We get this list of things that can’t ship to various states. For some reason, this is on the list to your state. Sorry!

Yes it is! :+1:t3:

Just a heads up, if you use Rakuten app/website, you get 6% back from Woot!

I almost bought this switch from Woot! during the holidays, but ended up buying from Costco…it was the warranty that sealed the deal.

From what I’ve found, probably the best/cheapest way to get the Switch is to buy used from GameStop (be their rewards member to accumulate points), purchase their extended warranty, and go through Rakuten (during the holidays cash back was at 20%, it was insane).

Yeah that one’s a UK spec. The one we’re selling is US spec. Also I agree, the UK one has free delivery, but keep in mind that the estimated delivery date for free shipping is March 8th (may differ depending on address). I guess if you wanted to get the UK version delivered earlier than March 8th, you do have the option to pay an additional $33.06 for expedited shipping (for earliest delivery which would be Feb 24th)- but at that point you’d be paying more for the UK version than you would for the US version we’re offering (and still get it later).

FWIW, I bought a UK spec switch lite when I was over there on business once. Only difference I’ve been able to discern was that it came with a UK charger. But being USB-C, didn’t really matter to me. Can’t speak for the standard switch though.

I wonder how much Nintendo makes offf these switches. The hardware is 8 years old and Nvidia is selling the Shield TV Pro for 179.99 and im absolutely sure they’re not selling at a lose.

In addition, you probably can’t get warranty support in the US for a UK version console.
