In the description, it notes that this is an OLED display, but it’s actually QLED. There is a major difference.

Morning! I work with this vendor and saw this comment. I did get confirmation from Samsung that this model is OLED.

The G95SD (and the 93 version, without the smart TV functions) are both some of the newer OLED panels that have been offered. While there have been several QLED LCD offerings in the Samsung Odyssey line, this is not one of those - It is much thinner, lighter, and has a less severe curve radius than many of the prior G9 variants. It does sport the same DQHD resolution (5120x1440), however the 240Hz refresh on OLED is so quick in pixel transitions that it might compare more to 360Hz LCD equivalents.

The same exact OLED panel is on offer by Dell in a similar model, and a few other vendors also offer it, but with slightly different tunings and limitations. For instance, some chose to market only as capable of 120Hz refresh, despite being the exact same manufacturer part.

This is a gloriously brilliant display. Personally, I prefer to not have the smart TV nonsense, so the G93 is the one that I would prefer, but the difference is just that they’ve changed the ease of accessing calibration controls behind those menus. I have seen this as a store model a couple times, and I have used one that a coworker bought, and did a short gaming session. Horizon Forbidden West was not only just a powerhouse choice to display vibrant and varied colors, but also incredibly immersive, since it wrapped so widely around me, without bezels. Having a few monitors doing a similar thing does NOT achieve quite the same impact. But it is a luxury, to be sure.

FWIW, I am not affiliated with Samsung - I am just a tech enthusiast, who happens to calibrate TVs, displays, and home theatres. I don’t even own a Samsung (edit* forgot that I just bought a monitor from them, and it arrived but I haven’t used it yet). My gear are primarily LG OLED TVs (WOLED - not QD-OLED, like Samsung generally uses), a variety of LG, Dell, and BenQ professional grade screens for multimedia production, and the occasional gaming.

Hope that helps clarify, and add some personal opinion to the product discussion.
