Maybe get the Motorola G 5G 2024… and run it degoogled… recharge your battery every like 4 days!!! For a phone that costs $100-130
Only bad thing is Motorola gives you like 2-3 of updates… but heck buy another Motorola and re-do.
Or heck buy a cheapy tablet… and use Google M aps alternative stand-alone GPS machines with battery extensions bricks…

The Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra have officially reached end of life (EOL) as of February 2026. Samsung removed these three models from its regular security update schedule, meaning they will no longer receive monthly or quarterly patches. The devices are now stuck on Android 15 (One UI 7) with the January 2026 security update being their final official software release.

But it lasted me 6 years: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 (half)… well 5.5 years.
Whereas some replacing phone YEARLY…
$600 x 6 = $3, 600 + 10% tax for me… = $4,200 dollars!!!

7yr of security patches and OS updates began with the s24 series and newer. The s21, s22 & s23 series models received 4 yrs of OS and 5yrs security. If u want best bang for your buck right now, get any s24 model, OS and security until 2031. Samsung software so much better than Motorola (I happen to own both S24U & Moto G 5g 2025). I also have a OnePlus 13. OnePlus moves the smoothest w best screen display, Samsung best overall across the board and Motorola is ok if you’re just texting, calling and web browsing. Moto only offers 1 or 2 yrs OS - 3 yrs security on the budget phones like Moto G models, blahhh. You sound like u have more knowledge than the average buyer, u deserve to upgrade your Samsung with another Samsung!!
