Definitely not new. Had a thumb marked on the back on the watch (where the sensors are), saw this comment on the black color too, I’m asking for a reimbursement.
I had a 44mm one of these, that I recieved as a gift last Christmas, that I love, and it works great. I ordered one of these for my wife, and the battery was horrible, so I ordered a replacement. The replacement one also seems to have as bad of a battery as the first, And uses over half of it’s charge in approximately 14 hours. No way you’re getting 2+ days out of one of these, and no way to really monitor sleep, because if you keep it on 24 hours, it won’t last through the next day. My 44mm one from the end of last year will be at 75% or so battery at the end of a day, these are in the 30-40% range after the same time with exactly the same settings.
