I just bought the Q990F yesterday and was notified today my order was cancelled and starting a refund. There was no reason why it was cancelled. Is it out of stock?
Hi there. Yes, it was out of stock for that one. I’m not sure why they didn’t replace it with the other since they’re the same just different SKUs.
However, you’ve already been refunded and we’re not able to recharge your card. You can purchase the other one from the drop down if you like.
