Morning Wooter! The link from Amazon is the 2022 model. The 85" posted in the 2024 model. Hope this helps!

I’m confused about the photo showing ports/connections. That appears to be the rear of the TV and not the OneConnect box I’ve seen for prior models. Does this 2024 model still use OneConnect box?

The frames TVs all come with the One Connect box. We’ll get that photo removed or updated.

RUN LIKE HELL. I purchased an 85" and 75" the last time this “deal” came on. Was waiting on a construction project to finish for the rooms these TVs were going in, and when it was time to hang them, they were both damaged and unusable. The 75" had a hole punched through the back of it, and the 85" had a cracked corner, which spread across the entire display. Because it was after 90 days, woot would not make this right, and I took a total loss on two expensive TVs. NEVER buy a TV from woot. Pay the extra and order from a place that delivers it properly. RUN RUN RUN.

Be prepared to wait the full shipping estimate for this TV to arrive. It’s been one week and my order is still “preparing for shipment”.

Shipping on this item is a JOKE, and now it is just as cheap everywhere else. It’s currently 11/21/24, the latest this item was supposed to arrive according to the site when my wife purchased it on 11/8/24, AND IT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED.

We were purchasing it to have it ready to go by Thanksgiving. That’s not going to happen now.

What makes it more frustrating is it is in stock for almost the same price at every big box store, which means I could go get it today, but WOOT is holding our money hostage, with ZERO communication.

We could just go buy elsewhere, but we would need to pay to return this, and no clue what that would cost.

It’s a true bag of crap…

You are correct, this account did not order. It was my wife’s account (she is the comment two comments above this one talking about the delay in shipping.

We have contacted customer services, but having to wait two days to get a response for something that is already late, and has not yet shipped is using the term “Customer Service” very loosely.

Just a heads up for anyone considering ordering - I purchased back on 11/10 - the logistics company picked up the item on 11/12 - and it’s been two weeks sitting at their warehouse refusing to schedule delivery and I live about three hours away. This is after multiple attempts to escalate the issue with both Woot and CEVA. I’m not expecting something to be delivered the next day but taking over two weeks just to schedule a time for delivery is excessive. With sales going on elsewhere you’re better off spending the extra hundred bucks and getting it actually delivered.

Hi there. Looking at tracking, it looks like it arrived near you on 11/22. They wouldn’t want to make an appointment until the item was on-hand. These large TV travel ground freight so it takes a bit long than the norm.

You should be able to schedule an appointment now.

I know you’re trying to be helpful Thunder but CEVA has had my delivery since November 12th when they picked it up. The date you’re referencing is updated each day when CEVA confirms they still have the item as pending delivery. CEVA does not answer the phone when attempting to schedule a delivery - it goes on hold and then hangs up on you after about a minute. I have explained this to Woot customer service three different times. I have also spoke with corporate CEVA and they have “escalated” “elevated” and “forwarded to management” three times promising a return call within 24 hours and it has yet to happen. My point being this - the logistic company had had the item in their warehouse for two weeks and the summary of Woot customer service and CEVA customer service is “you need to schedule your delivery”. I know it’s oversized and I can’t expect UPS or Fedez to deliver it within three days - but I also don’t need to be told “holidays” and “catching up from hurricanes” when a company refuses to answer the phone or return a call for two weeks.
