(NEW) Samsung QLED 4K LS03D The Frame Series (2024)

I swore I would never buy Samsung products again after an absolutely awful experience trying to get a warranty replacement of my 2017 “The Frame”. It took months to resolve that.
So, against my better judgement, I decided to try again with the NEW 3024 model of “The Frame”. The TV might actually be better but I’ll never know because it arrived with a busted screen. Upon examining the packaging, it is as though the package designers were daring shippers to break this thing. Nothing between the screen and other stuff in the truck but a thin cardboard box and about a sixteenth-inch thick foam blanket. Thick styrofoam around the edges, but nothing in the middle of the screen.

Ugh, sorry. It doesn’t take much either with the electronics right next to the back of the screen.

Make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Finally got a response from customer service. Can’t say that the discount I received by shopping at Woot is worth the aggravation I’m currently experiencing. Sure would be a great idea for Woot to do something to make this experience better.
