These are new, but the warranty info shown is “30 Day Manufacturer.” Are these not eligible for the 1 year limited warranty from Ember?
No, that’s the warranty that Ember passed on to us.

There is probably a reason it is 30-days. I had two that both died in under a year and had to replace the charging base multiple times. One I gave a gift has survived for about 1.5 years. If using Android be prepared for the pretty terrible time trying to keep the connection to the mug. I’ve switched to mugs that have the controls built-in so no pairing hassles.
Once or twice I found the iOS app had updated and … forgotten both mugs, and forgotten the mugs’ settings. Very frustrating.
