Following your link, note that it is “currently unavailable” at Target, and it’s been that way for over a month, since I started researching this product. It appears to be discontinued by Ninja.
It’s also possible that it was a Target exclusive.

Thanks for looking into it. Any idea what went wrong on these that required fixing? Are the removable pots new when they sell a refurb? Concern is what the original user put in it…

No, it can vary from unit to unit. It can also be a liberal return policy by the retailer.
