Got mine this weekend from the Kitchen sale last week and it honestly looks brand new. Not a ding, dent, nor scratch on ANY of the pieces, let alone cracks or breaks that others have mentioned in previous Woots. Granted, YMMV, but my guess is that very few of these are not open box returns that could no longer be sold as new. Unhappy customers are more likely to comment and Woot discussions are usually a VERY small sample size - even knowing this I was a little nervous to buy this, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
