Is this refurbished? And does that mean used?
“Refurbished” covers everything from buyers’ remorse returns and products whose defects have been repaired by the pros to damaged packaging and discontinued items. If you can accept their checkered past, refurbs have a lot of love to give.

My unit arrived last week and it is already showing signs of a known issue related to a safety feature. EVERY TIME I use the unit, it goes dead. It works fine to complete it’s cycle but then when I turn it off, it won’t power back on again. If I just leave it after I’m done using it, it won’t power on again. The only way I can get it to power back on is by pulling the power for a minute and then plugging it back it. This triggers a reset and it starts working again. This happens every single time I use the unit. I am unable to get any replacement and the best I can do is return it for my money back. What a disappointment.

its amazing I love it, made two huel black based with oat milk (planet oat) extra creamy and a chocolate one and its good, though I wish I had the soft serve one but that price is insane lmao
