I have 4 of these refursbished devices (purchased over the last few years). They are probably used but they clean them perfectly. Each had some small scratches or a small dent. Each of them was worth the price!
Highly disappointed with Woot on this one. I received 8-in-1 instead of the 9-in-1, totally different model. Not to mention a huge ding on top. I can live with that but receiving a totally different product which was not advertised is on a whole different level, moreover, four attachments instead of five, no broil rack.
