When we say Scratch and Dent… do we mean “this was a product that never reached shelves due to it’s S&D” or is it “this is a refurb’d product that was actually used and has S&D issues.”
Because if it’s the first… I’m in.
If it’s the second… nobody wants a used grill.

Hi there. It’s refurbished - aka previously used, repaired. In addition, it’s condition is such that we also marked it scratch & dent.

Just got mine. The unit it’s self looked brand new. The pan inserts had some chipping to the coating but nothing major. Was missing the caddy that holds the thermometer. For the price really can’t beat it!!!
