I have bought two of these now. First one the main pitcher came busted, it was poorly packed and the blade broke right through in shipping. Returned. Bought another, the blade scratched the heck out of the pitcher in shipping. They only put a small piece of cardboard to cover the blades, which is entirely inadequate. The damage on the second round was mostly cosmetic, so I decided to keep it.
TLDR:
Be warned your main pitcher WILL be scratched at best, busted at worst.
