Before buying this, you should be aware that its not a quick ice cream or sorbet maker. You can’t make frozen desserts on a whim, it has to be planned ahead.
For ice cream, you have to mix all of the ingredients and put them in the freezer 24 hours ahead of time. For Sorbet or Gelato, there may be additional prep work before freezing. Some of it may include using the stove to heat and mix ingredients, then letting them cool before freezing for 24 hours.
