No Amazon Fire but I bought it

I am new to Woot. I ordered an Amazon Kindle it never shipped. I was charged and received the cover. What good does a cover do without a tablet.
I emailed Customer service 3 times. By the third time, I was finally told you ran out of stock. I paid for it. You accepted my money. I am expecting a tablet. If you do not have the right tablet, provide me a better one. Don’t cancel my order

Hello. I’m very sorry. We do our best to have accurate inventory levels but sometimes items are misplaced or deemed unsellable (e.g. damaged). I see that you were refunded for the case as well as the tablet.
