No love!

Reported a broken item received in shipment, and customer service UI indicates up to 24 hours to respond. 24 hours has come and gone and is approaching 48 hours!

What do I need to do to resolve this?

Check your spam folder?

Hey there, make sure you’re checking your junk/spam folder as @bsmith1 said. It looks like we did send replies to your support emails so they’re there somewhere!

Glad they got back to you. Sometimes I think “check your spam folder” is a stalling tactic.
